  • SOS Signs of Suicide for K-12 School Staff

SOS for K-12 School Staff is a suicide prevention training that gives every adult in your school the skills to identify and support students at risk.

One-Hour Training for School Faculty & Staff

SOS for K-12 School Staff is an evidence‑based, one‑hour online suicide prevention training for adults in elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Through video and interactive learning, staff learn to support students at risk using the ACT® (Acknowledge, Care, Tell) framework while also caring for themselves and their colleagues.

Professional Development Learnings

Participants gain skills to recognize suicide warning signs across age groups, engage in compassionate conversations, and keep students safe while connecting them to trained personnel.

The training features first‑hand stories from teens and school employees illustrating how mental health affects schoolwork, attendance, and behaviors – and how supportive school environments can reduce suicide risk.
