Becky Blackler is a Senior Growth Executive with over 20 years of experience in building a variety of organizations, from start-ups to established enterprises. Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and operations, Becky has served as a trusted advisor for emerging start-ups, VC and private equity companies, professional services firms, industry associations, enterprise tech companies, and more. In addition to her role as the Growth Director for SOS, Becky currently serves as President of Boston Women in Finance, a professional women’s organization dedicated to bringing together a diverse community of accomplished executives to network, collaborate, and inspire one another. Prior to SOS, Becky served as Executive Director, then President, of The CFO Leadership Council, a national professional association dedicated to empowering CFOs. Through her leadership, The CFO Leadership Council grew a local, Boston-based organization to a nationally established thought leader, with over 27 chapters located throughout the United States. Becky has also served in a variety of strategic leadership and growth roles in multiple technology and professional services firms, as well as has served as a Growth Consultant to many more throughout her 20 years.
