  • 1-800-662-HELP (4357) SAMHSA's National Helpline: Call for 24/7, free and confidential information for individuals and family members facing substance abuse and mental health issues.

AFTER YOU FILL IN THESE FIELDS, THE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO RESET THE PASSWORD. NOTE THAT THE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN COMPLETE THE PASSWORD RESET PROCESS.
